Learned AGP, after instructions, is placing the communication addressed by the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Ahmednagar alongwtih his order/communication dated 7.8.2024, which was to the Education Institution regarding the decision on representation by the Education Institution. It appears that decision was already taken, but it was not brought to the notice of this Court. Even, copy of that decision was served on the Education Institution. Under such circumstance, no necessity to take action under the Contempt of Courts Act. Contempt Petition stands disposed off.
