The Petitioner is a feeding mother as her child was born on 24.07.2023. Reference is made to the GR dated 07.04.2021 which contains a provision that a feeding mother should be accommodated nearest to her home, as per her convenience, until the child attains the age of two years. 2.

The Petitioner'

s representations dated 06.07.2023 and 07.08.2023 praying for accommodating her by changing her location of work as per her convenience in view of the birth of the child, are pending. 3.

The learned advocate for the Zilla Parishad submits that the said applications would be considered in the light of the GR dated 07.04.2021, within 30 days from today.
