Heard the learned counsel for the parties. The present matter is a Public Interest Litigation. 2.

Pursuant to the present application, the petitioner seeks to bring on record the orders passed by the Hon'ble Minister and also assail the said orders. Even otherwise, the non-applicants will have every right to controvert the pleadings made by way of amendment application.
