This is an application for bail under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The applicants have been arrested in connection with Crime No.411 of 2021 registered with Amalner Police Station, Dist. Jalgaon, for the offences punishable under Sections 353 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

The applicants have been arrested on 29.09.2021. On completion of investigation, charge sheet has been filed. It will take

19-BA.1512-21 time for commencement and conclusion of the trial. In another offence, the applicants have already been granted bail. In the circumstances, the application for bail deserves to be allowed. 4.

Hence, the following order :- (i) The application is allowed.

(ii) The applicants be released on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) each with one surety each in the like amount in connection with Crime No.411 of 2021 registered with Amalner Police Station, Dist. Jalgaon, for the offences punishable under Sections 353 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

(iii) The applicants shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence in any manner.
