These petitions can be disposed of by issuing directions to respondent no. 2 - Scrutiny Committee to take decision in respect of the proposal forwarded to the Committee for verification of tribe certificate issued in favour of petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from today and, it is accordingly directed.

{2} wp12041.18.odt In the meanwhile, no coercive action be taken against petitioners on the ground of their failure to submit tribe validation certificate. However, appropriate action can be taken depending upon the outcome of the proceeding in respect of validation of tribe certificate.

With the directions as above, both the petitions stand disposed of.
