The learned advocate for respondent no. 4 at the outset points out that a remedy is available under Section 9 of the Maharashtra Money Lending (Regulation) Act, 2014. He submits that the impugned order is passed on 08.05.2018, whereas; the present petition is filed on 26.11.2021. There is delay in filing the petition. 2.

In view of aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the appropriate forum.
