Mr. Chinchole, the learned Counsel submits that this Court had remanded matter back to the Committee under order dated 19.07.2019 in Writ Petition No. 8814 of 2019 and directed the Committee to decide the proceedings. After remand of the matter, the hearing had also concluded on 12.08.2021 but the order was not passed. The Petitioner has appeared for NEET examination and exploring possibility of the admission to the Medical Course.

In the light of above, the Committee shall take final decision in the validation proceedings of the Petitioner by 30.12.2021.

We have passed this order as it is stated that the hearing has already concluded.

Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.
