The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 17.04.2022 passed by the then Returning Officer who had directed deletion of name of petitioner from voters list. In Writ Petition No.4513/2022, this Court has replaced the then Returning Officer with a Inspector/Officer in the office of Assistant/Deputy Charity Commissioner for holding election of the Trust. 2.

Mr. Salunke, learned counsel appearing for petitioner submits that the then Returning Office has accordingly being replaced. The new Returning Officer in the office of the Assistant/ Deputy Charity Commissioner has now included the name of petitioner in the voters list. Therefore, the earlier order dated 17.04.2022 passed by the then Returning Officer needs to be formally set aside.

Accordingly, the present petition is allowed. The order dated 17.04.2022 passed by the then Returning Officer shall stand set aside.
