This petition is pending since 2016. On 8th January, 2025, learned Advocate for the petitioner informs that petitioner No.1 is no more and prayed for some time to take steps to bring on record legal representatives of petitioner No.1. Time to bring on record legal representatives was again sought on 29.01.2025, 26.02.2025, 19.03.2025, 16.04.2025, 19.06.2025 and 15.07.2025. On 18.09.2025, learned Advocate for the petitioner made a statement that certificate of heirship has been obtained in respect deceased petitioner No.1 and again sought time to make an application to bring the legal representatives on record and the matter was adjourned to 07.10.2025. It appears from record that Heirship Certificate is also produced on record on 11.09.2025. However, still no further steps are taken. 02.

Today when this matter is called out, none present for the petitioner. It seems that legal representatives of the petitioner are not interested in prosecuting this Writ Petition. This Writ Petition, therefore, stands abated and is disposed off.
