This is an application for permission to withdraw the amount of Rs.5,00,000/- deposited in the Trial Court.

An order was passed by this Court in Bail Application No.1453 of 2023 dated 5th September, 2023, directing the accused (present respondent No.2) to deposit an amount of Rs.5,00,000/- in the Trial Court.

The learned counsel for applicant submits that the said amount is deposited in the Trial Court. He, therefore, prayed for permission to withdraw the said amount.

None present for respondent No.2.
