Mr.Anandsingh Bayas, learned counsel for the petitioners invited our attention to the order dated 21.11.2016 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in Writ Petition No.9322/2015, which was filed by the petitioners alongwith companion matters, and would submit that in view of the said order passed by the learned Single Judge in the said writ petition, present writ petitions do not survive. The statement is accepted.
Writ Petition Nos.799/2012, 790/2012, 9929/2014 and 9930/2014 are disposed of as infructuous. No order as to costs. Pending civil applications, if any, in these petitions do not survive and also stand disposed of as such.
