Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Learned counsel for the applicant states that as a matter of fact, this is a left out matter which was not listed while order dated 15-02-2018 came to be passed by this court on civil application no. 2029 of 2017 and companion civil applications and companion first appeals were also decided finally. He submits that, as such, similar treatment be given to present civil application and appeal as well.

Learned counsel for respondents are not in a position to dispute the position.

In the circumstances, it would be expedient to allow the application for the same reasons as have weighed with this court while passing aforesaid order dated 15-02-2018 in civil application no. 2029 of 2017.

As such, the reasons and conditions and terms on which the applications have been allowed, shall be considered to be reasons in this order as well and part and parcel of the order in this civil application.

Order dated 15-02-2018 in civil application no. 2029 of 2017, companion applications and companion first appeals shall be deemed to be part and parcel of order in this civil application and first appeal and shall be deemed to have been reiterated with only distinction in contents of paragraph no. 8 herein about the period. In this matter, however, the period should be considered to be 24 weeks from today and not 12 weeks, as referred to in aforesaid order.
