This application is for condonation of delay of 4797 days caused in filing the appeal. The application is by the original claimants, who lost their land in acquisition proceedings. By way of appeal, the enhancement of compensation is prayed. The application is opposed by the learned AGP. 2.

For the reasons stated in the application, this Court is inclined to pass the following order

ORDER

(i) The delay of 4797 days stands condoned, subject to depositing of cost of Rs.4500/- in the office of the Legal Aid Services Authority, SubCommittee, Aurangabad within two weeks from today. The application is allowed and disposed of. Office to register the appeal.
