These petitions can be disposed of by issuing directions to respondent - Scrutiny Committee to take decision on the tribe certificate verification proposal of petitioners pending with the Committee as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from today and, it is accordingly directed. 2.

Petitioners undertake to co-operate the Scrutiny Committee in disposal of the verification claims. Petitioners shall appear before the Committee on 22.10.2018 and as such, no separate notice requiring their presence before the Committee shall be necessary.

In the meanwhile, no coercive action be taken against petitioners on the ground of their failure to submit validity certificate and, proper action can be taken subject to decision of the Scrutiny Committee in respect of tribe certificate verification proposal of petitioners.

With the directions as above, writ petitions stand disposed of.
