The applicant/Original Complainant has moved this application to permit her to withdraw an amount of Rs. 1,40,000/- deposited by the respondent No. 1 in the Sessions Court, Ahilyanagar, on 01.03.2016 in Criminal Appeal No. 15/2016, for which the learned advocate for the respondent No. 1 has given no objection. 2.

Considering the reasons disclosed in the application and no objection of the learned advocate for the respondent No. 1, the criminal application is allowed as prayed for. 3.

The Nazar (AS) of the learned Sessions Court, Ahilyanagar, is directed to transmit the amount of Rs. 1,40,000/-

(2) 909criapln3763.25.odt deposited by the respondent No. 1 before the learned Sessions Court in the Bank account of the applicant within two weeks from the date of receipt of this order and her bank account details submitted to the Sessions Court, Ahilyanagar.
