Heard learned counsel for the applicant. Perused the application. It appears that notices were issued to respondent No. 3-A, but it returned unserved for want of correct forwarding address, therefore, the applicant preferred present application praying for issuance of notice to respondent No.3-A through paper publication. 2.

In view of attending circumstances, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause "B". The applicant-appellant is hereby allowed to serve notice to respondent No. 3-A through paper publication as prayed for. Registry to take the requisite steps for further process to facilitate the applicant to publish the notice to be served to respondent No. 3-A in Daily local newspaper as referred to in the application. Notice returnable on 19th December, 2017. 3.
