This petition can be disposed of without going into the merits of the matter by giving direction to the Joint Charity Commissioner, Aurangabad to decide Appeal No.01 of 2022 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of the writ of this order and it is accordingly directed. 2.

In the meanwhile, ad interim relief of status quo granted in favour of the petitioner to continue. 3.

It is, however, made clear that by taking advantage of the ad interim relief the petitioner will not be entitled to take any policy decision in the trust.
