Heard learned counsel for the applicant. Perused the application. It appears that notices were issued to respondent No. 2, but it returned unserved for want of correct forwarding address, therefore, the applicant preferred present application praying for issuance of notice to respondent No.2 through paper publication.

In view of attending circumstances, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause "B". The applicant-appellant is hereby allowed to serve notice to respondent No. 2 through paper publication as prayed for. Registry to take the requisite steps for further process to facilitate the applicant to publish the notice to be served to respondent No. 2 in Daily local newspaper as referred to in the application. Notice returnable on 19th December, 2017.
