By order dated 28/10/2021, the petitioner was granted time to remove all office objections within a time frame, failing which, the petition was to be dismissed. As the petitioner did not remove office objections, the petition was disposed off on 20/11/2021. 2.

By this civil application, which is filed on the 7th day from the date of disposal, the applicant/petitioner prays for restoration of the petition.

Considering the above, this civil application is allowed on the following conditions :- [a] All office objections in the petition shall be removed on or before 10/01/2022, failing which, the order of dismissal of the petition would operate.

[b] Subject to the compliance of the above, list this petition for admission hearing on 17/01/2022.
