We have heard Mr. Latange, the learned counsel for the petitioner. The prayers are made with regard to cancellation of the transfer with further prayer that the petitioner be retained at judicial district Dhule. Learned counsel submits that subsequently two persons have retired, who were Registrar at Dhule and the petitioner can be accommodated in their place. Representation is made by the petitioner (Exhibit "I" ) to that effect. The respondents be directed to consider the same.

The respondents in the affidavit in reply have stated that if the petitioner, so desires he may apply for inter district transfer.

Considering that the representation has been given by the petitioner (Exh. I), we pass the following order.

O R D E R

I.

The respondents shall decide the representation of the petitioner (Exh. I) in accordance with Rules and policy, expeditiously.

II.

Writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
