DATE : 11.11.2019 P.C. :- Mr.Golegaonkar, learned counsel submits that the petitioner has retired from service. For 6 months the pension was paid, thereafter pension has not been paid. The other retiral benefits such as Gratuity, Provident Fund are also not paid.

2] Considering the fact that the petitioner has stood retired from service, the committee shall endeavour to decide the validation proceeding preferably within 4 months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 2/12/2019. 3] The respondents 3 to 5 shall not withhold the gratuity amount of the petitioner and shall pay gratuity amount to the petitioner immediately. Respondents 3 to 5 in the mean time shall also process the papers for the provisional pension of the petitioner. The respondents may take further steps
