The applicants are original respondent Nos. 1 & 2 respectively. Grievance is that the original petitioners have not removed office objections and the interim relief granted ex-parte on 30.10.2015 is continued only because of the non-removal of office objections. 2.

Considering the above, this application is disposed off with a direction to the petitioner to remove all office objections in the Writ Petition on/or before 3.11.2017, failing which the Writ Petition No.9056 of 2015 shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court on 6.11.2017.
