During the pendency of the Criminal Application No.2592 of 2013 and earlier writ petition No.1306 of 2015 the stock of fertilizer which was seized on the day of raid i.e. on 23.06.2011 and subsequently sold by the Collector as per the provisions of the Fertilizer Control Order, 1985 and the amount of sale is with the Collector. This amount shall be handed over to the applicant forthwith.

The Criminal Application stands disposed of accordingly.
