Petitioners are challenging the order of transfer. 2.

Learned AGP accepts notice on behalf of respondents No. 1 to 3. Learned counsel Mr. Sonawane accepts notice on behalf of respondents No. 4 and 5.

In view of Government Resolution dated 28.05.2019, if a person has any grievance with regard to transfer, he can approach the Chief Executive Officer of the Zilla Parishad. 4.

Learned counsel Mr. Bolkar submits that the petitioners have given representation raising grievance about their transfer on 02.07.2019. However, cognizance has not been taken by the Chief Executive Officer.

The Chief Executive Officer shall decide the representation of the petitioners, if pending, within fifteen days from today. The Chief Executive Officer shall consider all the relevant aspects of the matter including vacancies, if any.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
