The petitioner prays for a direction to the Committee to decide his claim of belonging to "Thakur Scheduled Tribe", on or before 16.11.2022. This petition is filed on 09.11.2022. The claim of the petitioner is pending since 27.10.2020. The petitioner is the biological sister of Aditya Ranjitsing Thakur, who has been granted validity certificate vide judgment dated 22.12.2020, delivered by this Court in WP No.889/2020.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits on instructions that the Committee can decide the claim of the petitioner within 30 days. The petitioner would waive the period of 15 days available for a khs/Nov.2022/11303

- 2 - hearing after service of the Vigilance Cell Report. He would be satisfied, if 5 days time is granted and he would not raise an issue subsequently or in any proceedings that he was not granted the mandatory 15 days period for hearing.

The learned Advocate for the Committee submits on instructions that the Committee would deliver an order in the pending proceedings of the petitioner, on or before 15.12.2022.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. 5.

The petitioner would render fullest co-operation to the Committee. A minimum of 5 days time would be granted by the Committee to the petitioner, after service, to submit his written notes / written statement / submissions. In the event, the petitioner receives a validity certificate and is within time to compete for the CAP Round-II admission process, the concerned authorities would consider his claim on the basis of his validity.
