During the pendency of main criminal application, charge sheet has been submitted. Criminal Application No. 2900 of 2021 is fled for amendment in the main application to seeka quashing of the proceeding.

In view of the same and for the reasons stated in the application, Criminal Application No. 2900 of 2021 is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B" and accordingly disposed of. 4.

The learned counsel, however, seekas time to fle a copy of the charge sheet.
