Order :- Heard learned counsel for applicant and learned AGP for respondent No.2 State of Maharashtra. Learned counsel for applicant produced death certificate of respondent No.1 Gurunath Veerpraksha Gokule on record. It reveals that respondent No.1 Gurunath passed away on 10th February 2014, and therefore, applicant - Acquiring Body is intending to bring his legal representative on record. 2.

In view of the nature of subject matter, there is no impediment to allow the application in the interest of justice. Therefore, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. The abatement of the proceedings in case of any delay caused for bringing legal representative/s of deceased on record stands set-aside and quashed. The applicant is permitted to bring legal representative/s of deceased on record by requisite amendment within two weeks. Accordingly, civil application stands disposed of. [ K. K.
