This petition is filed challenging the order dated 26.09.2022 passed by the Joint Civil Judge, Junior Division, Paithan rejecting petitioners' application for filing objections to the application for issuance of heirship certificate under the provisions of Bombay Regulations VIII of 1827. 2.

Admittedly, petitioners are not legal heirs of deceased. The claim of petitioners is premised on the alleged investments of Rs.60,00,000/- made by petitioners for setting up of Petrol Pump of deceased. The rights, if any, of petitioners arising out of the alleged investment cannot be contested in application filing for issuance of legal heirship certificate. Petitioners will have to adopt their own remedies in respect of their rights, if any. The application has rightly being rejected.
