Mr.Yeramwar, learned counsel submits that the final hearing in the validation proceeding had also taken place in 2015 but as the Committee Members had changed, the final decision is not yet taken and the pension papers

2 W.P.No.12294/17 of the petitioner are not forwarded though the petitioner has retired on 1.9.2017. The Respondents be directed to forward the pension papers.

Considering the fact that vigilance is already conducted and the petitioner has already filed his reply, we pass the following order : a) The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 1.11.2017. The Committee shall hear the petitioner on the said date and decide the validation proceeding before 15.12.2017.

Depending upon the decision, the petitioner and the Respondent shall take appropriate steps with regard to the pension of the petitioner.

b) The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
