Affidavit in reply is filed by Respondent No.1 stating that the acquiring body i.e. Executive Engineer, Kukadi Patbandhare Vibhag No.2, Shrigonda, District - Ahmednagar has deposited the amount of enhanced compensation of Rs.37,26,159/- in the Reference Court on 1st January, 2018.

In the light of the above, the order is complied with. Hence, the Contempt Petition is disposed of.
