Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter was remanded by this Court under the order dated 20.01.2014 in Writ Petition No. 7155/2011. After remand of the matter by this Court, the validation proceeding is pending. The Committee ought to have decided the proceeding by now.

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 16.10.2019.

The Committee shall decide the said proceeding within six months from the date of appearance of the petitioner.
