Heard learned counsel for applicant and respondent. 2.

I am not inclined to entertain the application for the sole reason the Second Appeal preferred by the appellant has been dismissed. It has been held that the appellant/objector has acted in collusion with respondent No. 2 to stall execution of decree which has been confirmed up to this Court. While passing the order, this Court thoroughly examined merit of the case. I am, therefore, not inclined to entertain the application. 3.

The application is dismissed.
