Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing the matter for some time, states that both the suits i.e. Special Civil Suit No. 75/12 and Special Civil Suit No. 113/2006 raise the overlapping issues and it would be appropriate that they are heard together. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that an application under section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure will be moved for clubbing these suits together. If such an application is made, it will be considered on its own merit.
