The petitioner has put forth prayer clauses 'B' and 'C', besides putting forth the issue of maintenance of the roster, as under:- "B) To issue writ of mandamus respondent No.3 be directed to take decision on the application filed by the petitioner dated 14.10.2022 (Exhibit-"F") and after deciding objection finalize the seniority list of the Gramsevak in Person with Disability (PWD) category within stipulated time.
C) To direct respondents No.2 and 3 to maintain 100point roster in case of PWD Gramsevaks working with Zilla Parishad Nanded and consider the case of the petitioner for grant of promotion as Village Development officer for PWD category."

The petitioner has placed before respondent No.3, a representation dated 14th October, 2022. The learned advocate representing respondent Nos.2 and 3 submits that the said representation can be decided within such a time frame, as this Court may direct.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. 4.
Let respondent No.3, in consultation with respondent No.2, look into the representation dated 14th October, 2022 and take an appropriate decision and follow up action, on or before 30th December, 2022. A decision taken thereon, be communicated to the petitioner in writing, on or before 15th January, 2023.

We expect the Zilla Parishad to ensure that the roster is properly maintained.
