Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to the petitioner / original complainant to fle an appropriate application before the trial court after fling of the charge sheet for addition of the charges if not levelled against accused persons in terms of the allegations made in the complaint.

Leave granted. Writ petition is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. There is no question of granting any liberty. It is always open for the trial court to frame appropriate charges against the accused persons in terms of investigation carried out by the investigating ofcer and as per the allegations made in the complaint.

Writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
