This petition seeks directions to the Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad Division, for deciding the petitioner's appeal bearing No. 55 of 2015 expeditiously. Learned counsel for the petitioner informed that during pendency of this petition, learned Commissioner has heard the submissions and has reserved the appeal for judgment. We therefore, direct that the learned Commissioner shall deliver the judgment within two weeks from today.

Writ petition is allowed and disposed of accordingly. Rule is made absolute in the above terms.
