CIVIL APPLICATION FOR WITHDRAWAL 1.

Heard learned counsel for the applicants. The applicants seek to withdraw amount deposited by the Acquiring Body. On the ground of parity, it is contended that the applicants are entitled to receive 50% of the amount of compensation on undertaking and 50% of the amount of compensation on furnishing solvent surety/security.

The counsel for the Acquiring Body does not have any serious objection for disburtsement in above terms.

The Civil Application is partly allowed, permitting the applicants to receive 50% of the amount of compensation on furnishing undertaking and 50% of the amount of compensation on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. 4.

The Civil Application is disposed of.
