The application filed by the petitioner under Section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 is allowed. However it is submitted that the amount pursuant thereto has not been paid as yet.

2.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the demand has been made to the acquiring body.

3.

The respondents shall pay the compensation amount to the petitioner as determined under Section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, expeditiously and preferably within a period of three (03) months.

4.

Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
