The petitioner is aggrieved by the interim protection granted by the Additional Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad by order dated 09.09.2019 in the pending proceeding. The District Collector, Aurangabad has concluded, by order dated 03.07.2019, that respondent No.6 (Baburao Vishwanath Raut) has incurred disqualification. The learned AGP submits that as the appeal is pending before respondent No.2, this Writ Petition need not be entertained. In view of the above and since the interim protection is granted to the disqualified member on 09.09.2019, this Writ Petition is disposed off.
