Writ Petition Nos. 13678 of 2019 and 13695 of 2019 are not on board. Since the said matters are identical to this Petition, taken on board by the consent of the parties.

In all these three matters the Petitioners are identically placed. A common representation dated 10/06/2019 has been tendered to Respondent No.2 Zilla Parishad.

In view of the above, these Petitions are disposed off. We expect Respondent No.2 to deal with the representations tendered by these Petitioners, dated 10/06/2019, on its own merits and by following the due procedure laid down in law. A decision on the representations would be arrived at, within 60 days from today and the said decision would be communicated to these petitioners individually within 15 days thereafter. 4.

Needless to state, if the Zilla Parishad concludes that the 7th pay commission recommendations apply to these petitioners, their arrears shall be calculated and the same shall be paid within six months thereafter and the pay fixation, if necessary, shall be carried out within 30 days from the date of decision.
