The applicant/petitioner desires to amend the petition in view of the fact that the petitioner was actually appointed on compassionate basis and it was wrongly mentioned in the petition that she desires to be appointed on compassionate basis. The said petition is still pending. 2.

The learned Advocate for the Management submits that the petitioner has been appointed on compassionate basis. As the Education Officer has declined approval, the petitioner has put forth the khs/Jan.2023/783

- 2 - proposed amendment for assailing the said order. 3.

The learned Advocate for the Management submits that the petitioner's proposal for seeking approval to her appointment on compassionate basis has been rejected by the Education Officer. The amendment could be allowed.

In view of the above, this civil application is allowed. The amendment be carried out on or before 04.02.2023. A freshly typed amended copy of the petition be tendered simultaneously. 5.

The respondents are at liberty to file an additional affidavit in reply, if desired.
