It has not been disputed by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that in pursuance to the impugned advertisement no further steps have been taken in regard to allotment of the dealership for retail outlet on Solapur - Dhule National High way at Kasabkheda Phata. 2.

In view of above, in our considered opinion, nothing survives in the petition and the same stands disposed of.
