There is delay of more than five years in preferring the present appeal, i.e. around 1800 days wherein the award delivered by the reference Court is questioned.

It appears that the appeal is preferred based on the enhancement ordered in subsequent proceedings. 3.
Apart from above, the perusal of reasons does not appear to be bona fide. As such, the application for condonation of delay is rejected.

The Applicant to apply before the Taxing Officer for refund of Court fees as per rules.
