On a grievance of non-compliance of order of this Court, present petition is fled and by order dated 9.10.2019, simple notice was issued to respondent no.2 making the same returnable today. 3.

The learned A.G.P. on instructions received from respondent no.2 made a statement before this Court that the order of this Court is duly complied with and the scrutiny committee has decided the pending appeal of the petitioner.
