The petitioners submit that their representations addressed to the C.E.O., Zilla Parishad, Osmanabad be decided within the stipulated period.

The learned Advocate representing the Zilla Parishad authorities, submits on instructions that the representations would be decided within 8 (eight) weeks.

In view of the above, these petitions are disposed off. We expect khs/Nov.2022/11333
