It is reported that the revision application that was filed before the learned Sessions Court, Parbhani is pending. However, an application seeking stay to the proceedings before the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Manwat is stayed still disposal of the revision application pending before the Sessions Court. Hence, the prayer clause (B) of the petition praying for quashing and setting aside the order dated 12.09.2022 below Exhibit 21 in R.C.C. No. 42/2017 does not require consideration. Further, prayer clause (C) has also become infructuous. 2.

In view of the above, the petition has become infructuous in view of the order passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Parbhani in Criminal Revision No. 108/2022.
