With the efflux of time, the term of election has been over. The interest of the petitioner had been protected under interim order of this court.

Petitioner's services were protected under orders of this court and indisputably term of election is over. In the circumstances, we deem it appropriate not to let petitioner's services affected by government resolution impugned without affecting power of respondents to take appropriate action if in future occasion on this count arises.
