The petitioner is aggrieved by the order of the Returning Officer, accepting the nomination form of respondent No. 4. 2.

Several grounds are raised. The last date for withdrawal of nominations had ended on 27/09/2017. Learned advocate for the petitioner, therefore, submits on instructions that the petitioner desires to withdraw this petition to avail of a remedy as may be permissible in law to question the election of respondent No. 4, if she is so elected.

This petition, is therefore, disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
