By way of this application, the applicant i.e. original respondent No.3 - Acquiring Body is seeking condonation of 1334 days delay in fling this appeal. According to the learned Counsel for the applicant, the delay has been caused on administrative grounds. There is no serious objection from other side. Accordingly, for the reasons mentioned in the application, the application stands allowed and the delay of 1334 days is hereby condoned. The appeal be placed for admission after removal of offce objections, if any.
