On perusal of compromise deed, which has been taken on record and marked 'X' for identification, it is evident that parties have settled the matter before the learned Mediator and entered into the aforesaid compromise deed. The parties have decided to withdraw all the proceedings filed by them against each other and the husband has also agreed to return all the articles of applicant which she got from her maternal relatives in the marriage. As such, the present application stands withdrawn and disposed.
